January Event Connection

    Hey friends! Check out these upcoming events happening in the Wichita area. Getting out and experiencing something new is sure to help beat the post-holiday blues!

    2nd Saturday- THIS SATURDAY, January 14th

    Experience local food truck cuisine, live music, and local shopping in Wichita’s Douglas Design District. The event will take place along Douglas between Oliver and Douglas. The River City Trolley will be will be driving this route between 10am and 2pm. Shop sales and take advantage of discounts at The Anchor, Aspen Boutique, Cero’s Candies, Douglas Avenue Chop Shop, Reverie, The Spice Merchant and MORE this Saturday!



    Starbird-Devlin Rod & Customs Charities Car Show- January 20th-22nd

    The car show will take place at Wichita’s Century II on Friday from 12pm-10pm, Saturday from 10am-10pm, and Sunday from 10am-5pm. 100% of the proceeds go to The Arc of Sedgwick County, and Starkey, Inc. Get tickets here.



    Kansas Day Celebration- Sunday, January 29th

    This free event os happening at the Sedgwick County Historical Museum in downtown Wichita. It will feature music performances by local favorites from 2pm-3pm. While you’re there, be sure to check out the museum if you have not already! It is a must see for Wichita residents!
